Once use copies have been created, the archivist may need to view or listen to the files in order to include them in his or her overall approach to processing the collection. If material will not be reformatted before the bulk of the collection is processed, the archivist should leave room in the collection for both the originals (in Restricted Fragile) and the use copies.
