Route to Preservation & Collection Management Unit. Items destined for cold storage which require digital surrogates should be routed directly to the Preservation Assistant, who will manage the routing to and from the Digital Studio.

Data for inclusion in the DL should be sent separately, as outlined in Chapter 9.
