Until 2014, some audiovisual material was left in its collection with use restrictions. Now, all audiovisual material is designated as restricted fragile.
At the discretion of the archivist, container labeling for restricted fragile material may be photocopied and placed in a folder to provide researchers with a better understanding of the separated material. Do not photocopy the case with the film or tape inside, as this can damage the material.
