If a duplicate image or error is found when searching the public view of the Beinecke Digital Library (i.e. if the exact same image appears twice, as a DL scan and as a photonegative) or if new or additional metadata can be added (i.e. an individual described as “unidentified” can now be identified), inform the Head of Digital Services, who will request more information if necessary.
