9.7.1.2 Add New Folders

February 10, 2021 - 10:20am by Anonymous (not verified)

With somewhat larger quantities of papers, or with new formats of materials, add and interfile new folders as appropriate, but only if space permits within the box. Use alphabetical qualifiers to interfile folders (e.g., Box 1, folder 12, folder 12a, folder 12b, folder 13). Generate individual folder labels manually.
